OPENING PRAYER
Let’s lift our hands to the Most high God and bless His holy name; let’s give Him glory, honour and adoration, bless the King of kings, the Lord of lords, the Ancient of Days, give Him glory and honour, worship Him, adore Him, bless the Almighty God, the All sufficient God; the God who can do all things, the powerful God, the kind God, the merciful God, worship Him, give Him glory, honour and adoration, bless His Holy name, thank You Father, glory be to Your holy name Lord, in Jesus’ mighty name we have worshipped.
Lift your voice to Him Loud and clear:
Father, this very day, let me have a very special encounter with You; an encounter that will change my life forever.

Almighty God; the King of kings, the Lord of lords, the All Sufficient God, the great Provider, the great Healer, the great Deliverer, we give You all glory and honour, accept our worship in Jesus’ name. Today, in a very special way, let every one of us have a very special encounter with You; let us have an encounter with You that will change our lives forever, and when You have done it take all the glory Lord, in Jesus’ mighty name we have prayed.
THE MESSAGE
TEXT - 2 Kings 4:8-17
8 And it fell on a day, that Elisha passed to Shunem, where was a great woman; and she constrained him to eat bread. And so it was, that as oft as he passed by, he turned in thither to eat bread.
9 And she said unto her husband, Behold now, I perceive that this is an holy man of God, which passeth by us continually.
10 Let us make a little chamber, I pray thee, on the wall; and let us set for him there a bed, and a table, and a stool, and a candlestick: and it shall be, when he cometh to us, that he shall turn in thither.
11 And it fell on a day, that he came thither, and he turned into the chamber, and lay there.
12 And he said to Gehazi his servant, Call this Shunammite. And when he had called her, she stood before him.
13 And he said unto him, Say now unto her, Behold, thou hast been careful for us with all this care; what is to be done for thee? wouldest thou be spoken for to the king, or to the captain of the host? And she answered, I dwell among mine own people.
14 And he said, What then is to be done for her? And Gehazi answered, Verily she hath no child, and her husband is old.
15 And he said, Call her. And when he had called her, she stood in the door.
16 And he said, About this season, according to the time of life, thou shalt embrace a son. And she said, Nay, my lord, thou man of God, do not lie unto thine handmaid.
17 And the woman conceived, and bare a son at that season that Elisha had said unto her, according to the time of life.
+Today is going to be your day.
+You will get whatever miracle you have been waiting for today.
From the story of the woman:
1.GOD CAN MAKE THE GREAT GREATER.
We read about the great woman, by the time the story ended, she had already become greater.
+If you are small and want to be great, God will make it possible.
+If you are already great and want to become greater, even before these three days are over, it will be done.
Psalm 75:6-7, the bible says, God is the promoter, promotion does not come from the East or West or South, God is the judge: He lifts up one and brings down another, He can promote you; He can take you to greater height.
In 2 Chronicles 1:6-12, the bible tells us about a young boy called Solomon, He was already a king of a nation, that makes him great, He gave God a thanksgiving offering; thousands burnt offering, by the time God paid him a visit; by the time he had a divine encounter, by the time God finished with him, he had become much greater.
In Genesis 26:12-14, the bible spoke about a man called Isaac, it tells us that the man waxed great; he became great, but God didn't stop there, the bible says he went forward and grew until he became very great. I don't know whose history God is writing today:
+Very soon it will be said of you: he was great, then he went forward, he grew until he became very great.

I was invited to teach some great people in Victoria Island and i spoke to them about the Almighty God, at the end of the meeting a young man came to me and said he had never had anybody speak about God the way i spoke, he gave me $10, 000 and i said next time will be more, he was angry and thought i was a very greedy pastor, he returned the following year and told me he had 11 petrol stations before and now 110 petrol stations and gave me another gift, i took it and prayed that next time will be more.
+I prophesy to somebody today, the Almighty God will make you greater.
2 THE GOD WHO CAN MAKE THE GREAT GREATER CAN MAKE THE INCOMPLETE COMPLETE
The great woman of Shunem was incomplete; she had money and influence but she was barren, she moved from incomplete to complete because of the divine encounter she had.
The bible tells us in Philippians 1:6, the One who had began a good work in you will fulfil it, perform it and complete it
In Philippians 4:19, the bible says, my God shall supply all your needs, not some of them but all of them according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.
2 Kings 5:1-14, the bible tells us of Naaman, he was a great general, successful, famous and rich but he was a leper, he had everything; he had money, fame, influence, but he wasn't complete physically, then he had an encounter with God, all of a sudden, the incomplete became complete.
+There might be some of you today listening to me all over the world, that there is one thing remaining to make your joy full, in the name that is above every other name, before this day is over, God will take care of that.
+My Father will deal with everything in your life that is not making your joy full today.
3.GOD CAN TAKE YOU FROM GLORY TO GLORY.
This woman was great and influential, she had everything but her glory was not what it should be; she was well known, the Almighty God stepped into the situation; she had an encounter with God and she moved from glory to glory.
2 Corinthians 3:18, tells us that as you behold the Almighty God in a mirror, He can transform you from glory to glory.
+That will be your portion today.
In 1 Samuel 16:11-13, David was a shepherd boy, the Almighty God anointed him to be king in the midst of his brethren, so he was king at home, but years pass before 2 Samuel 2:1-4.
In 2 Samuel 2:1-4, He became king of Judah.
In 2 Samuel 5:1-3, He became king of Israel.
Mark 10:46-52, Bartimaeus said, Jesus, thou son of David, God moved David until he became father of the King of kings. God kept on moving David from glory to glory.
+I decree into the life of somebody here today, God will move you from glory to glory.
4.GOD CAN BLESS YOU BEYOND YOUR DESIRE.
The woman was okay with her level; rich, famous, influential, good husband and peace at home, but the Almighty God blessed her beyond her wildest dreams because she was barren and the husband was old.
In Psalm 23:5, the bible says, thou anointed my head with oil, my cup runneth over; the Almighty God could have stopped when the cup was full but He kept on pouring, adding more and more.
In Malachi 3:10, God promised to open the windows of heaven and pour us blessings that there will not be enough room to contain if we bring tithe to His house.
Proverbs 3:9-10, when we honour God with the first fruit of our increase, He will see to it that our ban will burst, God Is always doing much more than we can contain.
Ephesians 3:20 God is able to do exceedingly, abundantly above all you ask or think; He can bless you beyond your desire.
I became the general overseer in 1981 and I was living in one room in Mushin and I cried to God to build a Boys Quarter for me and God told me not to ask for a house because He has decided to build a city, it didn't make sense but look around you now.
We were going “a fishing” one December and we saw a sign board that says ”turkey for sale” as we were driving along, i said to my children, do you know i never had Turkey for Christmas since i was born, by the time i came back from “a fishing”, God has provided three Turkeys, when I got to the church the following day, i announced to the people, i was thinking of one Turkey i didnt pray, now, God has given me three, by the time I came home after the service, my turkey had increased to seven.
+There’s somebody here today, you will ask God for one miracle and He will give you seven.
5.AGE IS NO BARRIER TO GOD WHEN WE ARE TALKING ABOUT DIVINE ENCOUNTER.
1 Samuel 3:2-4, God had an encounter with a child called Samuel.
Exodus 3:1-15, God had an encounter with a man called Moses at 80.
In Genesis 18:1-14, God had an encounter with Abraham who was 100 years old.
+I rejoice with the young, old and aged because you are all going to have an encounter with God today.
+It doesn't matter your age, you will have a divine encounter with God.
This great woman had a great encounter because God was saying thank you to her, the bible said, she saw a man of God passing by and compelled him to come and eat in her house and built a house for him. It was God saying thank you to her that led to her greatness becoming greater, her incompleteness becoming complete, that moved her from glory to glory and caused the Almighty God to do for her more than she can even ask for.
God is always saying thank you, Hebrews 6:10, God never forgets our labour of love.
Hebrews 11:6, God is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.
Luke 5:1-7 when Peter made his boat available to God to use, God said thank you to him and he made a single catch and two boats were filled to sinking. God will say thank you to somebody who has done great things for him.
*God will say thank you to those who will win souls for Him this year.
*God is going to say thank you to those who will plant churches for Him this year.
*God is going to say thank you to those who will seek Him diligently this year.
I went to a town in the South South, when i got there, there was this wealthy man who came to receive me at the airport, he was the one driving me around while i was there, finally when i was about to leave, he brought me to the airport and because of the way i have been brought up; when somebody have been good to me i will say thank you, so i put money in an envelope handed it over to him and told him to give his child, he took the envelop and began to say amen, i was told he has no child and i said it is done. The following year, i went to the same town for ministration and the same man came to meet me at the airport with a gift from his first born.
+In the name that is above every other name, whatever may be your request today, it is done.
+The Almighty God will say thank you to somebody here today.
PRAYER FOR SALVATION
The first divine encounter that anybody could have with Jesus is when you surrender your life to Him, Matthew 11:28-40, if you have not surrender your life to Jesus or pretending to be a christian and you are not, if you have known about Jesus but do not know Jesus, come and give your life to Him today, let Him save your soul, wash you in His blood, remove your sin and give you a brand new beginning. He is waiting for you to have an encounter, if you are yet to know Jesus, come and give your life to Him.
Cry to the Almighty God: Ask Him to have mercy on you and save your soul, promise Him that from now on you will serve Him.
Let’s stretch our hands toward these people and intercede for them, that the One who saved our souls will save theirs also, let’s pray for them to have encounter with Jesus today that will lead to the salvation of their souls, let's pray that everything will become new for them.
My Father and my God i want to bless Your holy name; i want to thank You for Your word and all these people that have come forward to surrender their lives to You, Father, please, accept our thanks in Jesus’ name, save their souls, receive them into the family of God, from now on, any time they call on You, You will answer them by fire, and i pray that they will serve You for the rest of their lives, thank You my Father and my God, in Jesus’ mighty name we have prayed.
Give God something special that will attract a thank you from Him.
Lift your offering to the Almighty God and pray:
Father, this very day, let me have an encounter with You that will move me from greatness to greater greatness, from glory to glory and an encounter that will make my joy complete.
FINAL BLESSINGS:
My Father and my God I want to bless Your holy name because You are the All Sufficient God, i commit all these Your children; those who are here and those listening all over the world into Your hands, today, visit them all.
Move them from greatness to greatness.
From glory to glory.
From joy to joy.
From victory to victory.
Let their joy become complete this very day.
Let them have testimonies before we meet tomorrow.
Lord will bless your offering; He will sanctify it and use it for His glory.
In the mighty name of Jesus, you will never lack again.
He will go with you as you go.
In His kingdom, none of you will be missing.
In Jesus’ mighty name we have prayed.
