TOPIC: THE FATHER'S BLESSING

OPENING PRAYER
Thank You Lord.
Let’s lift our hands to the Most high God and bless His holy name; give Him glory, honour and adoration, bless the King of kings, bless the Lord of lords, magnify His holy name, worship Him, adore Him, He reigns forever, bless His holy name; give Him Glory, honor and adoration, bless His holy name, thank You Father, in Jesus’ mighty name we have prayed.
Lift your voice to the Almighty God and say:
Father, You always reserve the best till the last, give me Your best tonight.

Father Almighty God we want to give You all the glory, honour and adoration for what You did on Monday, thank You for what You did on Tuesday, thank You for what You are about to do today, please, accept our thanks in Jesus’ name. Father, tonight, give us Your best; for everyone here and for those listening release Your best, in Jesus’ mighty name we have prayed.
THE MESSAGE
TEXT - GENESIS 27:22-29
22 And Jacob went near unto Isaac his father; and he felt him, and said, The voice is Jacob's voice, but the hands are the hands of Esau.
23 And he discerned him not, because his hands were hairy, as his brother Esau's hands: so he blessed him.
24 And he said, Art thou my very son Esau? And he said, I am.
25 And he said, Bring it near to me, and I will eat of my son's venison, that my soul may bless thee. And he brought it near to him, and he did eat: and he brought him wine and he drank.
26 And his father Isaac said unto him, Come near now, and kiss me, my son.
27 And he came near, and kissed him: and he smelled the smell of his raiment, and blessed him, and said, See, the smell of my son is as the smell of a field which the Lord hath blessed:
28 Therefore God give thee of the dew of heaven, and the fatness of the earth, and plenty of corn and wine:
29 Let people serve thee, and nations bow down to thee: be lord over thy brethren, and let thy mother's sons bow down to thee: cursed be every one that curseth thee, and blessed be he that blesseth thee.
God is the ultimate Father; He prefers the title of Father even to God, in Matthew 6:9, when the Lord was teaching the disciples how to pray, He said “Our Father which art in heaven.” not our God. In Ephesians 4:6, the bible says there is one God and the Father of all, God is the ultimate Father.
The first time the man had a divine encounter with God, Genesis 1:26, the first thing that came out of the mouth of God after creating a man is be blessed, He blessed them. There are several things in the original blessing; be fruitful, multiply, replenish the earth, subdue it and have dominion.
Our God is the God of all flesh, Jeremiah 32:27, He has the ability to do everything, He loves to delegate, in Genesis 2:19, He brought all the animals and birds to Adam to name them.
Exodus 14:15-28, He said to Moses to lift his hands and divide the red sea and God moved in to divide the red sea.
Ezekiel 37:1-10, He asked Ezekiel to prophesy and He backed it up.
God is the Father of all fathers, He has given special permission to fathers to bless their children. Numbers 23:19-20, no man can reverse the blessing of God, Genesis 27:33.
+I’m going to bless my children tonight and they shall be blessed.
THE FATHER'S BLESSING
1.THE FATHER'S BLESSING WILL GIVE YOU MIRACLES THAT ARE NOT EVEN YOURS.
In Genesis 27:22-23, the father wanted to bless Esau but Jacob got the blessing.
In Genesis 48:13-20, blessings that are not yours will be given unto you when the father blesses you. The father's blessing can give you miracles that you will not forget for life and it could be a diverted miracle.
+Somebody is going home today with a miracle they can not forget.
+Miracles that are not yours will be diverted to you today in Jesus’ name.
2.A FATHER’S BLESSING CAN PROPEL YOU TO TREMENDOUS GREATNESS.
In Genesis 27:38-40, Esau cried to the father for a leftover blessing, in Genesis 32:3-6, the remnant of the father's blessing had made Esau so great that he had 400 bodyguards.
+I decree to somebody here today, you are going to become greater than any president.
3.A FATHER'S BLESSING WILL MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE UNUSUAL HELP.
Genesis 27:29, the father said, let people serve you, in Psalm 20:1-2, God will send help to you from the sanctuary.
+There is somebody here today, help will come to you from the East, West, North, South and from the heaven above.
In 2 Kings 4:8-17, A great woman was begging Elisha to come and eat in her house.
+Beginning from tonight, great people will be begging to bless you.
4.A FATHER'S BLESSING CAN ALTER YOUR LEVEL SIGNIFICANTLY
After Mannaseh and Ephraim were blessed, within a short period of time, Ephraim has become ten times more prosperous than his brother, Deuteronomy 33:17 - thousand of Mannaseh and ten thousand of Ephraim.
Genesis 27:29-37, It is possible for someone who is blessed to become the lord even in his family.
+In the name that is above every other name, God will make you the head and not the tail.
5.A FATHER’S BLESSING CAN TURN YOU FROM AN ORDINARY PERSON TO A NATION.
Genesis 32:24-28, the bible says God changed the name of Jacob to Israel, an ordinary man became a nation. Numbers 23:19-23, by the time God has finished with somebody he has blessed people will say, “what has God wrought.”
+In the name that is above every other name, when God blesses you, people will say “see what God has done”.
Genesis 27:1-4, the Father’s blessing is not cheap because Isaac told Esau to provide the kind of food he likes, nothing good comes very cheap. Those who know the value of a father's blessing will pay for it. Genesis 27:5-27, Jacob took every risk to get the father’s blessing.
*Ask the almighty God to guide you to do something that will make your father happy to bless you, because once your father says you are blessed God will stand by it.
I will pronounce blessings on the members of The Redeemed Christian Church of God and those who may want to become members of The Redeemed Christian Church of God because the blessing that will go out tonight will last you for the rest of your life.
PRAYER FOR SALVATION
If you want to give your life to Jesus Christ come quickly.
Cry to Jesus Christ tonight: Ask Him to have mercy on you; ask Him to save your soul, ask Him to forgive all your sin and give you a brand new beginning, promise Him that from now on, you will serve Him in spirit, truth and holiness.
Let’s stretch our hands toward these people and intercede for them that the Almighty God who saved our souls will save their souls also, forgive their sins, wash them clean with His blood and receive them into the family of God.
My Father and my God, i want to bless Your holy name; i want to thank You for Your word that has come forth tonight, and i want to thank You for these people that have come forward to surrender their lives to You, Father, please, receive them in Jesus' name, save their souls, wash them in Your blood, write their names in the book of life, receive them into the family of God, from now on, any time they call on You, answer them by fire, please Lord, don't let them ever backslide, in Jesus’ mighty name we have prayed.
Father, it is my turn to be blessed.
THE FATHER’S BLESSING:
My Father and my God, I want to thank You in advance for the dramatic changes for the better that is about to begin in the lives of Your children, it is in Your name that I'm blessing these Your children today, as I say it Father, establish it.
In the name that is above every other name, be blessed; in the morning, afternoon and evening be blessed.
When you are young, become old and in the night time be blessed.
When you go out, come in and wherever you go, be blessed.
In Your place of work and home be blessed.
Whatever you touch will prosper.
Your promotion will be accelerated.
You will reach the top.
God will move you from glory to glory.
You will not die unknown.
The whole world will hear about you.
All those who bless you shall be blessed.
If anybody dares to curse you the fellow shall be cursed.
God will make you extraordinarily great.
You will be the head and not the tail.
It shall be well with you in all areas of your life.
You will never know sorrow again.
Your joy will overflow.
God will answer your prayer by fire.
You will serve God till the last.
God will use you to perform miracles.
When you call on one fellow, 200 will answer you.
Your testimony shall be many.
You will serve God till the end.
God will bless your offering, He will sanctify it and use it for His glory.
Very soon, you will be among the richest in the world.
So shall it be.
Your children will call you blessed.
You will be greater than all your peers.
God will defend you.
He will fight your battles for you.
He will open doors for you.
He Himself will support you.
He will send help to you from heaven above.
And in the kingdom of God you will not be missing.
Anytime I hear concerning you it shall be good news.
Be blessed in the name of Jesus.
So shall it be.
In Jesus’ mighty name you are blessed.
Let me hear somebody shout a blessed Hallelujah.
